Wish you happy new year to all my soulmates!! from this year let we follow some simple and easy steps for preparing meditation.
let we train our brain for meditate:
First of all, we should prepare our brain for meditation, since we didn’t have experienced over it know, that’s why we need some practice and steps to train our brain to meditate.
you can ask that why we need this?… of course we need this for train to concentrate at particular point.
what are all the easy steps to train up our mind for meditation?
Be feel and relax, let you prepare for meditate and develop interest on it. So, you can follow easy steps happily with good mood.
let you think first, positively that,
“From this year onwards i can do anything from what i decide”!!…your mind.
let you think this, and prepare your mind.
Some easy steps which you can train up your mind are:
First, let you schedule your timings. put a easy chart on you daily work basis so that you can get time for meditate.
1.PREPARE YOUR MIND FOR WAKE UP EARLY MORNING: –
From early morning 4 to 6 am is best time for train up your mind in concentrating on particular spot.
So, practice your mind on concentrating in any good thoughts or any dimmed light spot ( could not affect your eyes ) or draw any white spot on black chart or vise versa. so, try to wake up at least 48 days, for practice until it change into habit.
2. CHOOSE PERFECT LOCATION FOR TRAINING: –
Choose a comfortable place which you feel good and relax. Don’t use any music on early morning for meditation.
you can listen at any time except meditating hours. Since, without any disturbance your mind needs attention for concentrating at particular spot.
3.FEEL RELAX AND STOP RUNNING THOUGHTS : –
After you sit straight, see the white spot . just see it casually, listen to silence of deep sound in your surroundings, just imagine of listening deep space sound while seeing the spot. maintain this for few minutes.
Try to control your running thoughts, just imagine and believe that, your running thoughts which ends in that spot and disappears in your silence sound.
Try to do this without strain your eyes just practice open eye concentration,( you can just see normally) for first 15 mins in 10 days/48 days.
4.PRACTICE CONCENTRATING ON SPOT AFTER CLOSING EYES: –
After 10 days you can get practiced over to control 15 mins on opened eyes.
Then after 15 mins of open eye concentration, close your eyes slowly and imagine the white spot after closing your eyes, just in the same way, you have to do with deep silence of sound by concentrating on white spot.
Just do this practice for another 15 mins in another 10 days ( totally 20 days/48 days).
5. LET THINK THAT SPOT AS DIVINELY GOD IN SHINE WHILE YOU CONENTRATE: –
Then, while you closing your eyes in same manner, let imagine and feel your white spot as God with shine. i.e., let your white spot to be shiner by feel and realize as God.
What ever your desirable god’s name, can name it your divine light. then, chant your lovable God’s name with purity of love and kind with full concentration on your divine’s light.
Practice in this manner, in early morning meditation just half an hour. i.e., after regular basis,
You can do that, first open eye concentration on white spot consider as your lovable divine in front of your eyes.
Feel him, love him put your full concentration on white divine light, speak with your heart after closing eyes.
Develop full devotion, love devotion after 20 days in with practice. Continue this, for 48 days complete.
After, automatically you can get divine’s bliss and his blessings and continue this practice in habitual manner.
6. BELIVE YOUR PURITY OF LOVE ON GOD, WHICH CAN SAVE YOU IN ANY SITUATION, WHEN YOU IN PROBLEM: –
Believe your love on God, develop your love on god, try to read many monks and sage books of their autobiography .
Try to follow that. Read, realize and make it as habit. surely you can get deep connection with your God.
Then, automatically you can get freed from all problems when you hope on god in problematic situation.
Finally automatically God guides you in spiritual way.
These 6 easy steps can follow easily, whoever needs divine’s basis. have a happy day all in divinely manner! 🙂
